“Some of you may know I, Veronika, am a yoga instructor as well as a wedding planner. I have been teaching yoga for more than 25 years and have taught private classes only the last few years. I feel inspired to offer my yoga skills to our Ali’i Kauai Weddings ohana as a gift in these challenging times.
The class will on Facebook live this Tuesday, 4/14 at 4pm HST, and will be available to watch all week after if you miss the live video. This will be a gentle, relaxing class with guided meditation at the end, good for all levels! Just join the Private Yoga Kauai group on Facebook to watch.
